Monthly Memberships:

• Includes unlimited follow-up visits with your provider

• ​Choose Between:

  • Semaglutide 5mg: $299

    • over 30 units per week, add $100 per month

  • ​Tirzepatide 10mg: $449

    • over 100 units per week, add $200 per month

• Cancel or pause anytime!

  • **Cancel or pause your membership before your next billing date.

  •  A $99 consultation fee is required to restart.
